About Me

Hi, I’m Cherry, a certified Zumba® and Yoga instructor based in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. I’m passionate about helping you move, sweat, and feel amazing—no matter your age or fitness level. My mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone can shake off stress, self-doubt, and limitations, and discover the joy of movement.


My own fitness and wellness journey began in childhood, exploring ballet, baton twirling, jazz, and traditional Indonesian dance. Movement and music have always been at the heart of my life. In college, I attended my first yoga class and instantly felt a deep connection to the practice. A few years later, I discovered Zumba®—and I was hooked from the very first class!


In 2013, I completed my Zumba® Basic Training, followed by several specialty certifications, including Zumba Gold®, inspired by my grandmother and elderly aunties who loved to dance. In 2018, I deepened my practice by completing a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I'm also an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Ever since, I’ve been dedicated to helping others shake off their worries and embrace wellness, one class at a time.

Online Classes: €6 per class, or €25 for a 5-class package (delivered via Zoom).

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to have fun and get fit, Zumba® welcomes everyone to let loose, sweat, and smile.


No dance experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to shake off stress, burn calories, and boost your mood. Every class is a celebration of movement, music, and community!


Yoga

My classes are designed for beginners and anyone seeking a gentle, accessible introduction to yoga. We focus on foundational Hatha Yoga postures, mindful breathing, and simple stretches that help you build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.

There’s no pressure to keep up—each student is encouraged to listen to their body and progress in a way that feels right for them. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, you’ll find a supportive, welcoming environment to explore movement and relaxation. Don't forget your yoga mat!


Zumba Gold®

Zumba Gold®

Zumba Gold® is a lower-impact, easy-to-follow version of the classic Zumba® class, specially designed for older adults, beginners, and anyone with mobility challenges. The moves are simple and gentle on the joints, but still full of fun, energy, and great music.


This class is perfect for seniors or those seeking a safe, joyful way to stay active, improve balance and coordination, and connect with others. No experience is needed—just a willingness to move, smile, and enjoy the rhythm!
